The Wellington College Apprenticeship Programme is aimed at talented individuals who are looking for steps into a rewarding career. You don’t have to be a school leaver or a young person to start an apprenticeship with us, our apprenticeships are available for all who meet the entry requirements of the apprenticeship qualification provider.
As an apprentice at Wellington College, you will gain experience on the job as well as studying towards a nationally recognised qualification with the potential to go onto full time employment.

When apprenticeships become available, they are advertised by our Apprenticeship provider. They become available throughout the year and can last between one and four years depending on the apprenticeship undertaken. To apply, you must be living in the UK, aged 16 or over and not taking part in full-time education.
